I am a bi-lingual (French & English) professional with 15+ years' international experience in sales enablement, product management, consultancy and technical delivery roles for Professional Services, Product and Sales organization. Much of the experience has been within the Customer Experience and Contact Centre software industries in both SaaS and on-premises environments where I analyzed both qualitative and quantitative data to gain deeper market insights, built business cases around predictive engagement, conversational AI, and measure impact of AI in these industries. Over the last 5 years, I developed my technical skills building on-demand environments supporting the Genesys Global Sales Enablement program for the Presales professionals and its Partners community across the globe (~4500 active users) and showcasing the value proposition of Genesys portfolio (conversational AI, Predictive Engagement,...) for prospects and customers.
