My responsibilities working at Bricktown Brewery include, learning extensive knowledge about our local and rotating beers, navigating through a POS swiftly, taking large parties while being calm, collected and organized. More duties include being able to work in a team and helping other coworkers as much as possible so the restaurant runs as smoothly as possible. This is important to insure guests have an amazing experience and return as uc as possible. Working at Bricktown Brewery, we are required to learn all about our online rewards and offer these reward programs to guests. Other responsibilities include making sure everything is clean and tidy throughout my shift, running my food, as well as other coworkers food, bussing tables, taking out garbage bins, rolling silverware, running sidework, as well as closing sidework, and much more. It is also important that I remain enthusiastic and have a greta attitude throughout my shift!

While working as a waitress at Flatcreek, my responsibilities included, taking large parties in a banquet room, expoing food, as well as running food, closing responsibilities such as, breaking things down, stocking, mopping and sweeping, insuring all silverware was polished and rolled, and making sure the restaurant was up to par with the managements standards. Other responsibilities included doing running side work while serving customers and being able to multi task while giving excellent service. Being able to train new servers was also an important responsibility. It was also required to have quantities of knowledge about their menu and being able to answer any questions the customer may have about items. Being able to navigate a POS was greatly important and also a hand held device while at tables.

My job responsibilities while working as a waitress at Applebees included, being attentive and prompt while serving customers, keeping areas stocked and cleaned while still maintaining great customer service, remaining collected and calm in a fast placed and often times stressful environment, taking large parties in an organized manner, upselling, recommending beverages and food items.
