  • We were approached by our client to do a paid bid to review their current tools being used and show them how we would gather requirements and implement Salesforce CPQ. Upon completion of the bid, we were engaged to complete the implementation. I acted as Lead Analyst on the project.
  • Worked with the Analyst team to create a process for communicating new requirements from multiple work streams, in order to make sure any potential impacts or needs were documented.
  • Worked with project management team to create a process around capturing notes, and translating those notes into requirements and action items.
  • Oversaw a team of 4-6 Business Analysts during the course of the project.

This led to wasted time and frequent miscommunications.

  • Notable Project: Olympus Inspection Unit Automation
  • Our Quality Assurance department relies on two Olympus inspection units to inspect pipe that was manufactured before shipping to customers. This was a paper driven process that presented several risks to the company, as well as limited ability to retrieve and sort data from the inspection process. I helped design the two applications that were needed to not only increase accuracy during the inspection process, but also decrease the time required to inspect our pipe.
  • Worked with senior management as well as subject matter experts to not only identify what information is captured in the current process, but also identify what could be automated.
  • This project enabled the Quality Team to reduce processing time for inspection and created efficiency when retrieving data on rejected or reworked items.

  • Serve as a liaison between end users and IT. Utilize MS Office and SharePoint to document/track and follow-up on notes from ongoing meetings to help keep everyone on the same page throughout the SDLC.
  • Write test scripts or help a SME write their own test scripts (varies per project). Normally after a round of testing any defects are discussed and it is determined if it is a show stopper or something that can be addressed in the next release/ sprint.
  • Used Agile/Scrum project methodology to integrate new software during the Sterne Agee acquisition. Have worked with Waterfall as well throughout various projects.
  • Notable Project: eCustody Project
  • Stifel Financial acquired Sterne Agee in February of 2015. As a result we acquired software for independent brokers to review client data, client documentation, and to place trades. Served as the Lead BA and Project Manager and tasked with transitioning the software from Sterne’s servers to Stifel’s servers in Saint Louis. Created requirements and supervised a team of 7 BAs and 7 developers in Birmingham, AL.
  • Worked with several business units to gather requirements for the system and how various plug-ins should interact.
  • This project enabled Stifel to move into a new line of business as well as offer an alternative platform to some business channels.
  • Once the software was moved to Saint Louis servers, I continued to work with the developers through sprints to create enhancements to the system.

  • Worked with a development team to leverage a new software product from IBM (Business Process Management Software).
  • This project was to automate custodial annuity liquidations for the largest broker/ dealer of annuities.
  • When the software was successfully implemented, served as the point person to work with developers for any additional enhancements.
