Went to work for Dutch Enterprises in 2000 working on new tissue and towel plant at Procter and Gamble where I was in charge of reading blueprints and installing duck work and setting large equipment.

Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized duck work.

Installed spiral duck and rectangled duck from small S-Lock and Drive to duck-mate flange up to very large companion flange duck work.

Showcasing one of my proudest achievements, I was in charge of fabricating and installing stainless steel

square to round flashing on large ducks that pentrating the roof of tissue and towel plant.

Toward the completion of the tissue and towel, the owner of the company that I was employed with, the mechanical engineer, and inspector did walk through on the roof. The inspector for Procter and Gamble asked who was responsible for installing the stainless steel square to round flashings.

The owner of the company for which I employed for told them that I was. The inspector with Procter and Gamble told the mechanical engineer and the owner of the company in which I was employed, it was some of finest flashing work that he had seen on any of their factories!

Later, I was called into the office by the owner of my company, Randy Warner, he told me what the inspector said about my flashing work and he offered me a full time job with the company after the tissue and towel plant was turned over to

Procter and Gamble and gave me employment for the next seven years. This allowed me to hone my HVAC-R skills.

• The project at Procter and Gamble taught me to be very safety oriented as there was a one strike and your out policy! I made it till the completion of the job! I have set equipment with cranes and several chopper lifts A few involved the sky crane! A helicopter with twin props i am also familiar with articulated, telescopic and ,scissor lifts!
