Summary

I have learned and achieved so many things through out my career. But my main achievement or accomplishment is learning that not one person is the same and has to be treated differently upon their personality traits and work values. I have learned so much from every single person I have met and trained and I truly believe there are many more ways to learn from others out there.

  • Daily reports to run and process before manually preparing deposits to the bank.
  • Most excel sheets were already created/designed for me to enter and keep track of the many taxes which include but are not limited to: withholding, insurance, corporate, fiduciary, medical and recreational marijuana tax (since this is not federally funded it goes to veterans funds) to and also use/ sales tax.
  • Manual deposits were my job as others did electronic deposits. As many deposits have gone to electric there was still plenty to prepare, balance and endorse for the bank. Some very large amounts to very small amounts.
  • Temporary evening supervisor for one income tax season. Trained and supervised four temporary employees to run our document scanning machines which would send a copy of document and come through on a processing program to be manually key entered.
  • Boosted financial transparency with precise generation of monthly reports for management review.

Data Entry Operator I - III, Account Processing Clerk I - III

  • To accurately enter personal income tax forms mailed in. Being this was before the more technical advanced systems there was quotas that had to be followed.
  • During this time I was able to help out with a little bit of Conservation Department keying deer hunting tags. I was able to wear gloves but that was a difficult task at hand to key with gloves.
  • Also, helped in Motor Vehicle input of marine titles. Which consisted of VIN numbers and names and addresses that had to be entered correctly.
  • As technology improved during the years we gained new processing capabilities and programs. This put me on a “TEST TEAM” for Tire and Battery FeeTax forms for the new Revenue Premier programming system.
