Primary responsibility is OSP design of Corning Flexnap fiber optic cable overlay of existing copper telephone network along with business fiber service order design and build. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and quality reviews of designs from 3rd party contractors. SME level experience in multiple in house AT&T design platforms including ARAMIS-DT, WALDO and iQ. Project management activities are also an important aspect of the position including project on time performance and budgets.

Managed an AT&T Construction Splicing crew included day to day project management, in field quality and safety reviews, daily morning crew meetings along with numerous administrative duties.

As an OSP Network Technician I was responsible for repairs to the OSP copper network including customer outages due to failed network elements caused by a wide variety of factors.

Call Center responsibility for the test and turn up of customer ADSL internet services.
