• The Park City Rangers, a member of the National Baseball Congress (NBC) agrees to sign, _______________ as a player for the 20___ season (June-July-August). The Player agrees to abide by the NBC Uniform Player Contract underneath the Park City Rangers.
• Player fee of $700 and Jersey’s deposit of $50 = $750 due by April 1, 20___. Uniform deposit will be refunded once jerseys and any team equipment is returned at the end of the season. Players are to report by May 25-26 (Subject to change) for team meeting and to begin practice. Upon verbal commitment, $250 non-refundable deposit and signed contract is due within 14 days. Failure to do so, may cause player to lose their spot on the team.
• Rules/Requirements
• The Rangers expect players to be respectful individuals on and off the field. Players agree to abide to the below rules and requirements.
• - Attend all scheduled practices and games on time (unless is excused by one of the coaches)
• - Any Pre Planned Vacations or event for your absence must be notified to Rangers Staff before reporting.
• - Follow Host Family Rules-No Tolerance if any problems occur with host family.
• - No foul language in front of Parents, Fans, or children.
• - No use of drugs. NO TOLERANCE
• - No participation of alcohol under the age of 21.
• - No public misbehavior (illegal or disrespectful).
• - No disrespecting the Umpires or Opponents.
• -All KCLB League Rules must be abided by.
• This agreement is a personal one, being entered into in reliance upon and in consideration of the personal skills and qualifications of _______________ (player). The Rangers have the right to suspend a player or terminate contract if the above has been breached. Player will receive warning if the above rules/requirements have been broken. NO Warning for Drug Use, and problems with host families, this action will be an automatic termination of contract. This agreement is for a roster spot, not a guarantee of playing time.
• Player agrees to provide the following:
• - 1 Pair of white game pants, 1 Pair of grey game pants.
• - Red Belt
• - Practice pants
• - Red socks or stirrups
• -Baseball Gear (Game Ready) Some Equipment will be provided but not relied upon.
• - Everyday living necessities
• Provided by Rangers:
• - 3 Game Jerseys, Hat. (Will get to keep one jersey, and hat)
• - Indoor hitting and fielding facility.
• - Host Family assigned to player. (If Necessary) (Will help with some meals)
• - Discounts throughout community
• - Job Placement (If wanted)
• -Free Gym Membership
• -Community Volunteer and Giveback Programs
• -Team events (BBQ’s, Mixers, etc..)
• -All overnight roadtrips PAID. (meals, lodging, gas)
• We are strengthening our relationships with vendors this off season and hoping to have many more items to give to the team. (Bats, BG’s, Apparel, etc..) Additions Player Perks listed in Player Perk Package.
