• Coordination with the company's internal Logistics Department.

• Collaboration and planning with the Financial Management of financial resources

necessary, in accordance with the planning of purchases of inputs and materials.

• In charge of foreign purchases and local purchases of the Division, of multinational companies like Siemens.
  •Supervision and coordination of tasks with personnel in charge.
  •Monitoring of the respective import and export processes, contact with customs brokers and forwarders.
  • Logistical coordination of delivery, pre-installation and installation of new medical systems like tomograph and magnetic resonance.
  • Purchases of spare parts, supplies, tools and locally supplied equipment.
  •Search and contact of new alternative suppliers abroad.
  •Negotiation of prices and new conditions of purchase, delivery and payment with international companies
  
  Accounting for invoices from foreign and local suppliers among other administrative accounting tasks.
