With over 20 years of experience, my passion for helping others led me on a career path where I consistently proved my ability to oversee and manage operations, as well as complete daily administrative tasks, all while initiating, managing, and maintaining excellent professional relationships. My experience highlights my natural ability to build relationships, my internal drive to maximize efficiency, and to multi-task under stressful environments. My work at TCKC utilizes my skills in both office and custody environments as a full-time Administrative Support Assistant/Personnel Liaison and part-time Corrections Officer 1. I am a strong team player who is adept at supporting my team members in their personal and professional goals, while also being safety-oriented as well as fair and professional when dealing with unruly residents and problem situations.
Perform all aspects of personnel such as recruiting, screening, and interviewing. Establish priorities and deadlines, oversee the processing of personnel and/or payroll records and/or time and leave records. Maintain filing systems, along with the preparation and/or processing of supply requisitions and purchase orders.
Supervise residents during activities to monitor compliance and implement corrective actions while managing visual inspections, illegal substance checks, and cell assessments. Effectively interact with staff and residents to maintain security within the facility.
Conducting door to door interviews to collect and log data for the 2020 US Census in an effort to close unresolved cases.
Manage all aspects of business, marketing, sales, and customer relations both in-person and online. Organizing, coordinating, and hosting large events containing multiple vendors, as well as participating in charity events with such organizations as The Rose Lowenstein Foundation and Synergy House for Women. Facilitate purchasing and receiving of orders, inventory management, invoicing and receiving payments, handling returns, and resolving customer dissatisfaction in a swift and professional manner.
Set design and photography of weddings, family portraits, senior portraits, newborn photos, and maternity photo shoots. Coordinate and organize all aspects of photo shoots with clients, including location, lighting schedules, and fashion elements. Post photo shoot duties include editing and organizing of photos onto appropriate media for distribution to clients. Responsible for invoicing and receiving payments from clients, along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Non-profit business. Maker of handmade knitted goods and homemade jams. Schedule and attend events selling these items to help fund the Winnetonka High School Orchestra. Raise and donate on average $2000.00 per year. Also, responsible for managing and maintaining both an online and in person presence with customers, orchestra parents, and school staff.
Assisted patients (both ambulatory and non-ambulatory) with bathing, feeding, and transporting while practicing transmission based precautions. Responsible for charting and record keeping. CPR certified.
Responsible for shipping and receiving of orders, as well as showcasing and sales of office furniture to business clients. Office duties included data entry, inventory management, filing, invoicing, and communicating with customers via phone and email.
