
I am a business management and operations professional with 12 years of B2B and B2C sales experience, with 9 of those years in SaaS sales. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing, with an AACSB accreditation. I was most recently a National Sales Director with Safe Haven Security Services, ADT Security's #1 Authorized Dealer in the United States. I started at Safe Haven Security an entry level sales representative in July 2016, managed a top producing sales team for 2 years, and spent the last 5+ years growing and leading the department of 20 sales managers and 180+ sales reps (up from 10 sales managers and 100 reps when I started) who worked remotely and in-office, generating over $40 million of annual revenue. I oversaw all sales processes, recruiting, CRM operations, business operations, sales engineering, performance management, management training, budgeting, payroll bonuses, auditing, marketing, escalations, compliance, and project management. I am organized, detail-oriented, and have an extremely high capacity for wearing mutliple hats. I believe self awareness, continued personal growth, and leadership all go hand in hand. I hold myself and my team to an extremely high standard, but still lean heavily into positive reinforcement. Discipline and coachability are two critical factors I look for when building a team.
