Work Includes: indoor/outdoor maintenance, shop fabrication, landscaping, Office work includes: quoting potential jobs, ordering material, discussing deals/sales. Traveling to potential Foreshore dealers and presenting sales pitch.

On call shop mechanic. (24/7) Work Includes: performing regular maintenance and repairs, locally and over the road. Constantly on the phone ordering parts and diagnosing issues/ planning service schedules with drivers. Driving a semi truck locally.

Heavy equipment operator and assistant site manager. Work Includes: Snow plowing, hiring dependable and qualified operators, planning and executing snow plowing activities/schedule, tracking and submitting payroll.

Serving food and bussing tables.

Maintained and improved cabin with 20 acres of dedicated deer hunting land. Work Includes: mowing, spraying, tree removal, landscaping.

Prepared the Castle Gardens property for concerts and events. Work includes: landscaping, setting up the stage, carnival games, and large blow up inflatables. Also directed traffic and helped people navigate around the venue.
