Summary

With over 15 years at Yelp, I’ve had the privilege of growing a global brand by fostering connection—first with our external communities and now within our internal teams.

For 13 years, I helped scale and shape Yelp’s Community team, driving engagement and brand loyalty across diverse markets. Now, as the leader of Employee Programming, I craft in-person experiences that unite employees worldwide, ensuring they feel connected to Yelp’s mission, values, and each other.

My expertise lies in community building, experiential programming, and inclusive engagement strategies. I thrive on designing moments—whether through large-scale activations or intimate gatherings—that spark connection, deepen culture, and create a sense of belonging.
