Through strategic outreach, market research, and relationship-building, we’ve been able to close deals without ever purchasing the properties ourselves. As student entrepreneurs, we’ve built a hands-on understanding of negotiation, contracts, and deal structuring—skills that continue to grow with every opportunity we pursue.
