The project will support 3,967 HHs (27,419 individuals) over 6 months to vulnerable populations in Sar-e-Pol province.

▪ Led and tracked the 12 field staff members during the project implementation

▪ Successfully distributed livestock protection packages to 690 households in three districts.

▪ Successfully distributed cash-based food assistance to 3,277 households in three districts.

▪ The project improves the agricultural potential of rural communities through a sustainable and holistic climate-smart approach in Jawzjan province.

▪ With the cooperation of the province agriculture directorate selected 10 Agro cooperative farmers groups for improving knowledge and financial support grant project.

▪ Establish 4 identity fruit gardens,40 horticulture gardens, and 80 demo plots for conducting farmer field school to 124 key lead farmers.

▪ Successfully Created, identified, and trained of Natural Resource Management Committee (NRMCs) – THRIVE/REVIVE pilot.

▪ Support to Basic Veterinary Workers for vaccination campaigns and producer training.

▪ Enhanced team capacity through targeted training and career development initiatives.

• The purpose of the position is to strengthened program implementation in Kapisa province Afghanistan and to ensure that RI is actively engaged with external agencies (Afghan government, INGOs, NGOs, and UN) at provinctioal level.

• Conducted regular needs assessments and monitoring to ensure project goals were met.

• Managed HR, finance, logistics, and security for effective project execution.

• AAEP II (Afghanistan Agriculture Extension Project 2) funded by USAID, and implement by UCDAVIS university of California in Afghanistan. the goal is to strengthen the extension capacity of the Afghan Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) and Directorates of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (DAILs).

• Established of 5 extension workgroup in the frame of DAILand held 15 meeting along the project.

• Conducted 9 workshop regarding the subject of (IPM, Medicinal plant, Wheat production, Harchard pruning, Soil PH, Animal nutration, External and internal parasite and process of vegetable) for 241 participant from Agriculture department in tow province.

• Help financioal support 5 grants (Hoophouse, Dep sheep washing pool, silkworm, and Mashrom to farmers.

• Conduct two annal confrance for exchange knowledge of extension worker.

• Work with workgroups and DAIL extension workgroups to establish 82 FFS Farmer Field Schools to 2296 farmers, and 31 FFD Farmer Field Demos, and other On-farm trial demo plots as core training activities.

• Comunicate with Farm Manager of PMTF Model Teaching Farm for cultivation crops, Orchards, Hoop house and work on wheat plots with different cultivation, rise bed, line, zero tillage, and intercrop to comprise the variety, yield andimplement in Jowzjan province.

• Conduct and participate livestock trainings Karakul skin processes theoretical and practical, Silkworm management training for DAIL extension worker and women beneficiaries.

• Check and monitor the construction of greenhouse.(Tonal plastic and solar chine’s greenhouse

• Select the beneficiaries on the field.

• Train the farmer’s theoretically and practically regarding the greenhouse Agriculture activity.

• Arrange meeting with the stakeholder in province and district level

• Report regular the activity from the field.

Responsible for a team of 4 Team leaders (Agriculture, Livestock, Social Mobilization, and Civil Engineer Team Leaders) and for supervising 36 additional staff in the framework of the RI Food security Program implemented in Zaranj, Kang and Chakhansoor districts.

➢ Definition, preparation, implementation and follow up of the strategic field activities such as training, workshop and construction of 500 greenhouse in 4 Provinces.

➢ Train the farmers about the processing of frouits apricot and packaging by demonstration greenhouse.

➢ Established 300 pasivesolar greenhouse in urban cold areafor the community.

➢ Agronomist in Wardak and Bamyan province.

➢ Establishing of vegetables experimental farms and orchard nurseries.

➢ Extension work and improvement of wheat seed production.

➢ Follow and instructed the farmers on Agriculture farm control of pest and diseases.
