• The purpose of the position is to strengthened program implementation in Kapisa province Afghanistan and to ensure that RI is actively engaged with external agencies (Afghan government, INGOs, NGOs, and UN) at provinctioal level.
• Conducted regular needs assessments and monitoring to ensure project goals were met.
• Managed HR, finance, logistics, and security for effective project execution.
• AAEP II (Afghanistan Agriculture Extension Project 2) funded by USAID, and implement by UCDAVIS university of California in Afghanistan. the goal is to strengthen the extension capacity of the Afghan Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) and Directorates of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (DAILs).
• Established of 5 extension workgroup in the frame of DAILand held 15 meeting along the project.

• Help financioal support 5 grants (Hoophouse, Dep sheep washing pool, silkworm, and Mashrom to farmers.
• Conduct two annal confrance for exchange knowledge of extension worker.
• Work with workgroups and DAIL extension workgroups to establish 82 FFS Farmer Field Schools to 2296 farmers, and 31 FFD Farmer Field Demos, and other On-farm trial demo plots as core training activities.
• Comunicate with Farm Manager of PMTF Model Teaching Farm for cultivation crops, Orchards, Hoop house and work on wheat plots with different cultivation, rise bed, line, zero tillage, and intercrop to comprise the variety, yield andimplement in Jowzjan province.
• Conduct and participate livestock trainings Karakul skin processes theoretical and practical, Silkworm management training for DAIL extension worker and women beneficiaries.
• Check and monitor the construction of greenhouse.(Tonal plastic and solar chine’s greenhouse
