Provided general supervision over all trades and facets of construction including: shoring piers, excavation (exceeding a depth of 9’), drilled piers (exceeding a depth of 35’), structural reinforced concrete (piers, grade beams, columns, slab-on-void, elevated concrete slab), structural masonry construction (stair and elevator shafts), structural steel (stairs, trellis), structural wood framing, rooftop deck, elevator installation, fire-rated assemblies, NFPA 13 sprinkler system.

-The Everett, a 3 story commercial multi family new build Type VA construction project. Provided general supervision over all trades and facets of construction including: excavation (exceeding a depth of 5’), structural reinforced concrete (footing, foundation walls, slab-on-void & slab-on-grade), structural wood framing, fire rated assemblies, NFPA 13R sprinkler system.

-1930 W 41st Ave, Office remodel. Complete overhaul of an existing CMU warehouse building into updated and code conforming office space.

-4520 W Moncrieff, 6800 finished SF custom home residential new build (in progress)

• Oversee a team of Superintendents, Field Engineers and Laborers, as well as the Project Manager.
